The food children eat at school plays an important role in their wellbeing, and eating a well-balanced diet will not only maintain and improve their health, but will also set them on the right track for later life.
Our school meals are provided by Aspens, who serve fresh, high quality, and locally sourced food cooked in our kitchen. Meals can be pre-booked and pre-paid online via Select: https://select.aspens-services.com/
You can find more information about Aspens here https://www.aspens-services.co.uk/schools/preston-primary-school/
Please complete the Special Diets/Allergy form if your child has a food allergy or requires a special diet menu for an allergy or intolerance, a religious or cultural reason, or a lifestyle choice (i.e. vegetarian or vegan). Please return the form to the school office by email firstname.lastname@example.org together with any medical evidence, if necessary.
Also, as part of the national School Fruit and Vegetable Scheme, we are able to provide all children in Foundation Stage (Year R) and Key Stage One (Years 1 and 2) with a healthy snack during our morning breaktime.
