Foundation Stage

What a wonderful start our new Foundation children have made at Preston Primary School!

We have been delighted to welcome them and their families into our school community. The children have quickly grown in confidence, mastering everything from finding their own belongings and following classroom routines to carrying their trays through the dinner hall.

Their first few weeks have been filled with exciting new experiences. They have visited the school library and enjoyed their first PE lesson. They were also very excited to meet Nugget, our friendly guinea pig, who has already become a firm favourite!

The children have begun forming friendships, developing their independence, and discovering the many opportunities available to them in Foundation. Our School Aim is for every child to Love to Learn, and it has been lovely to see their curiosity and enthusiasm shining through each day. We are extremely proud of everything they have achieved so far.
