Goodrington House Charity Event
Goodrington House Charity Event

A huge well done to our Goodrington House Captains – Iris, Katie, Oshi, and Hattie – who organised a fantastic bake sale in support of Punk Against Poverty.
Thank you to all the families who kindly brought in such a wonderful variety of cakes and sweet treats, and to everyone who donated money in exchange for a delicious treat. Thanks to this generous support, the House Captains proudly raised over £100 for this important cause.
This event is a wonderful demonstration of our School Value of Teamwork, with the whole school community coming together to support a charity and make the fundraiser such a success. It also reflects our School Aim of Be a Good Citizen, showing care, kindness, and a willingness to help others. We are incredibly proud of the initiative and responsibility shown throughout.
This links directly to our 30 Ways to Connect – Number 5: Raise Money for a Charity. Across their time in primary school, we strive for all children to experience these 30 opportunities, enriching their learning beyond the curriculum and helping them become thoughtful and compassionate future citizens.
