Preston Primary School shines at the Devon County Show

On Friday 16th May, our talented Choir took to the stage at the Devon County Show in Exeter, delivering a captivating performance trhat left the audience thoroughly impressed.

A highlight was their powerful rendition of Eye of the Tiger, enhanced by our Recorder Club's flawless accompaniment - played with precision and perfect timing. It was a true crowd favourite. Congratulations to our four soloists for their confident and beautiful singing, and a big well done to the children who introduced the choir and each song with such clarity and poise.

Beyond the performance, the children had the chance to explore the show's many attractions; from learning how to milk a cow to discovering the traditional art of butter making, the afternoon was packed with fun and hands-on learning.

Our pupils demonstrated outstanding behaviour, enthusiasm, and respect - demonstrating our School Values and our School Aim of 'Love to Learn'. We could not be prouder. What a fantastic day!
