Year 5/6 Football

On a scorching summer’s day, two Year 5 and 6 teams showcased their grit and determination in two thrilling football matches against Oldway Primary School. In both matches, their teamwork was exceptional, with players supporting one another at every turn and working seamlessly as a unit from defence to attack. Guided by the calm and strategic coaching supervision of Alfred, the players showed strong communication and clever coordination. Across both games, the teams not only displayed great individual moments but also played with genuine cohesion and camaraderie. The final results were a 1-0 victory thanks to Arthur’s confident finish, and a 1-1 draw with a super goal scored by Joseph. Despite the intense heat and pressure, they battled to the final whistle. Thank you to Oldway Primary School for inviting us - we look forward to future matches.
