Assembly with Reverend Kiyaga

Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome Reverend Nathan Kiyaga to our assembly, where he spoke to the children about Remembrance.
Reverend Kiyaga explained the significance of Remembrance Day and helped the children understand why we wear poppies as a symbol of respect and gratitude for those who have served.

We also took a moment to reflect on the values of peace and kindness — virtues that are central to this time of remembrance and which are recognised through the King’s Peace and Kindness Medals.
