Bay of Lights Christmas Tree

Preston Primary School is proud to have provided decorations for the largest Christmas tree in the Bay of Lights Illumination Trail. There are 8 Bay of Light Christmas trees that will be dotted around Torre Abbey gardens creating a trail, each decorated by community groups locally. The children designed decorations that reflect our commitment to sustainability—minimising waste, energy use, and environmental impact—while ensuring durability and weather‑resilience so they can withstand all weathers throughout the festive season. This project showcases our children’s Creativity, Teamwork, and care for the environment, bringing joy to the whole community as the Bay of Lights shines across Torbay. This reflects our 30 ways to Connect – representing the school.
