Be a Good Citizen
Be a Good Citizen

A huge well done to our Livermead House Captains - Maya, Albie, Sam, and Bethany - who organised a fantastic pre‑loved cuddly toy sale in support of Animals in Distress.
Thank you to all the families who generously donated such a brilliant selection of much‑loved soft toys, and to everyone who came along to buy a new cuddly friend and support the fundraiser. The House Captains sold the toys for a minimum donation of 50p and proudly raised over £65!
This event is a wonderful demonstration of our School Value of Teamwork, with everyone coming together to support a charity and make the fundraiser such a success. It also reflects our School Aim to Be a Good Citizen, showing what it means to think of others and offer help and kindness. We are incredibly proud of the initiative and responsibility shown throughout.
This links directly to our 30 Ways to Connect - number 5: Raise Money for a Charity. Across their time in primary school, we endeavour for all children to experience these 30 opportunities, enriching their learning beyond the curriculum and helping them become great future citizens.
