Ready for Work - Teamwork

This half term, our focus School Value is Teamwork. We will be supporting children to develop the skills needed to make positive contributions to group discussions, including effective speaking and listening, encouraging and motivating others, and understanding the importance of compromise.

In assemblies, we will link Teamwork to the British Value of Mutual Respect, helping children recognise the importance of kindness, politeness, and celebrating differences when sharing and listening to others’ ideas and opinions. We will also explore how Teamwork is a vital life skill that prepares children for the future, connecting directly to our School Aim of Ready for Work.
