The Year 5 girls recently took part in a Rugby Festival held at Paignton Rugby Club. They were joined by a number of local schools to learn new skills and play matches. The festival was supported by students from Cuthbert Mayne School who played an important role in facilitating activities and supporting participants throughout the day.
The girls demonstrated excellent levels of enthusiasm, teamwork, and sportsmanship, applying their developing skills with increasing confidence. The event provided a valuable opportunity to promote participation in girls’ rugby within a positive and inclusive environment. Thank you to Paignton Rugby Club and School Games for hosting the event.
