Tawny Owls Sports Festival

Tawny Owls had an excellent time this week at the Bat & Ball Sports Festival held at Paignton Academy. The children demonstrated their school aim of Love to Learn and their school value of Determination by practising their hand-eye coordination skills through a rotation of batting, bowling, and throwing activities. We are incredibly proud of the tremendous teamwork they displayed, working together as a whole class, and in pairs, to support each other in all of the sports games by communicating clearly with their teammates and encouraging one another. The wonderful Sports Leaders at Paignton Academy ran all the fantastic activities, inspiring many of our Tawny Owls to become Sports Leaders themselves in the future.
