Year 6 Civic Award Fayre

Responsibility

May 14, 2025

Last week, some of our Year 6 children held their Civic Award fayre to raise money for a charity of their choice, as part of their work towards the Civic Award. The children created amazing things to sell including cakes, biscuits, ice lollies, and bracelets.

The Civic Award is important for the children to take part in and it supports our School Aim of Be a Good Citizen. The fayre is a prime example of our School Value of Responsibility, and the children thinking about others. They were all keen to raise as much money as possible for their chosen charities. Thank you to all the families who came to support the Year 6s.
