Year 6 Residential
Love to Learn

Last week, the Year 6 children attended an exciting residential in Bideford, North Devon. The children had a brilliant time trying many activities which included high ropes, mountain boarding, archery and the popular water assault course. They all showed astounding determination and respect as they pushed themselves and supported each other when trying new activities. The children demonstrated our school aim of ‘Love to Learn’ when they listened to the instructors on the high ropes and when mountain boarding. The children showed great teamwork whilst on the water assault course, supporting each other through the tricky sections. We are so proud of all the children as they showed great resilience on each activity and encouraged each other throughout the stay! The instructors were impressed by all of the children and commented on how polite and respectful the children were. Well done to you all!
We would like to thank our PTA, FOPPS, for the children’s leavers hoodies which they loved wearing whilst they were away.
