Unit 3 RE Enrichment

Unit 3 were welcomed into St Paul’s Church this week for a session focused on learning about the story of the Good Samaritan, delivered by Reverend Nathan. This session was designed to complement the learning we have done to find the answer to the question, ‘what kind of world did Jesus want?’ and encouraged children to Be a Good Citizen - one of our School Aims. The Good Samaritan was told by several children who volunteered to stand up and deliver lines or act parts out. Everyone had the opportunity to reflect upon where and when they can be good Samaritans in their lives before we were treated to a hot chocolate and a biscuit. We are grateful to Reverend Nathan and his staff for our wonderful visit, and we look forward to visiting again.
