Eco Team

This week the Eco Team decided they needed to understand more about the bugs that are currently inhabiting the environmental area. We set off with magnifying glasses and identification keys to find and name different species. Needless to say, we discovered a range of creatures on plants, in the soil, under stones and in the hedges. It became clear we will need to attract more pollinating insects and butterflies. Our next step will be to relocate and replenish the bug hotel currently situated in the KS1 playground area.
