Foundation Nativity 2021
Last week saw the release of the Foundation Nativity, starring Puffins and Penguins. The children worked extremely hard practising the songs and learning their lines. They showed dedication, commitment, and amazing teamwork, but most importantly they had lots of fun. The children have enjoyed learning about the Christian story of The First Christmas. They have immersed themselves in their learning, and it has inspired their creativity.
We wanted to celebrate their success with some photos. If you are reading this newsletter on the App, please go to the website to view the images. www.preston.torbay.sch.uk and then go to ‘Letters and Newsletters’.
These are video links to nativity stories if you would like to watch them with your child:
The children watched a special premier viewing of their nativity with a popcorn snack. They had fun spotting themselves and congratulating their friends.
This week the children have enjoyed a delicious Christmas lunch. Festive music was playing as they ate. Thank you to FOPPS, our PTA, for supplying the crackers.
The children thoroughly enjoyed their Christmas disco yesterday. We were very impressed with their moves! We also played party games. A fantastic time was had by all.

We would like to finish by saying it has been a pleasure getting to know the children and yourselves this term. The pupils have impressed us with their determination and passion for learning. They bring a smile to our faces every day, and we enjoy sharing an exciting and innovative curriculum with them.
We hope you have a special and wonderful family Christmas. We look forward to seeing you all on Tuesday 4th January.
